WHAT WE DO

At Tattwa we conduct theory and practice sessions on Meditation to help deal with the mind. The mind is a complex element that needs study and observation to master. Though meditation, the mastery of the mind is made possible. We can then have clarity and understanding of its functioning with in ourselves. The various philosophical thoughts from the world spiritual heritage also are simplified and presented to the individual through these sessions. Question and Answers are encouraged to tutor and lead individuals towards peace, clarity and purpose.

THE TEACHER

Prasad Bangera is a teacher in meditation, philosopher, and humanitarian. 'To be peaceful' and 'help others become peaceful' is his purpose.
