What is Tattwa and who we are

Tattwa refers to the elements that make us - our body and mind. Of these, our mind is our most precious asset because it determines if our state is of happiness or suffering. The real nature of our inner self is peace, stability, and clarity. This real nature is discovered when the mind Tattwa is aligned and regulated. Such a mind then becomes our tool to liberate us from our weaknesses and suffering. This knowledge of using our mind Tattwa to connect to our inner self is real knowledge.

Our goal at Tattwa is to help individuals connect with their inner self and create a personal and healthy bond with their mind and soul.

What we do

At Tattwa we conduct theory and practice sessions on Meditation  to help deal with the mind. The mind is a complex element that needs study and observation to master. Through meditation, the mastery of the mind is made possible. We can then have clarity and understanding of its functioning within ourselves. The various philosophical thoughts from the world spiritual heritage also are simplified and presented to the individual through these sessions. Question and Answers are encouraged to tutor and lead individuals towards peace, clarity and purpose.

We acquaint individuals with the concepts of the mind and it’s nature through theory sessions. We then conduct guided meditation sessions to internalise this knowledge. We help clarify ideas on mind, spirituality and contemporary ideas through Question and Answers.

Why we do it

In his journey for spiritual quest and discovery, Prasad realised that it is extremely important for an individual to have self knowledge. He attributes the lack of understanding of oneself as the cause for mental strife in an individual’s personal and professional life. From the 11 years of his spiritual journey in the monastery, Prasad’s heart keenly feels for the struggles people go through mentally and emotionally. Having learned the art of mind control- its purpose and the goal, he is passionate to teach and spread awareness of this knowledge to restore Mental and Spiritual Wellness in an individual.
